We, people, are looking for meaning. Several writers have captured a collection of letters/stories/poems that satisfy our need to understand our purpose on this earth in our lifetime. That said the document people's weakness and possible strengths along with a few guidelines. That said my experience of taking a tour of egypt(pyraminds) and turkey (ephes) on one trip to Europe was a deja vu like experience after having some experience reading the bible. People have not changed motivations in 2000 years. The bible in its many translations reflects some of the truth about people...Christian or non-christian.
